Return Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is our utmost priority; thus, we have a “no questions asked” return and refund policy. This entitles the customer to return any product at the time of delivery or after the delivery as per their convenience.

Return at the time of delivery

Any of the ordered products can be returned at the time of delivery if for some reason you do not require the delivered product. The amount for the product will be refunded to your card of transaction or we can initiate a bank transfer into your bank account. That will be done according method of return payment as you agree for.

Return after the delivery

Any of the ordered products can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product. You can call us on 1300591645 or email us on contact@cartonwheels.com.au to schedule a pickup from our end.

Returning Perishable goods

Perishable goods like fresh, frozen, milk, bakery items etc. needs to be stored in specific conditions to avoid compromising their quality. You are requested to return any such product at the time of delivery. For food safety, such products cannot be returned after the delivery.
