Registration
How Do I register?
You can register by clicking the "Sign Up" option available in both app and website. The registration will be completed once all the required details are filled.
Registration on “Cart on wheels” is absolutely free for all.
Yes, you can add multiple address in your account and select the preferred address at the time of checking out. Alternatively, we can automatically fetch your address from your current location if you find it more comfortable.
Yes, Registration is necessary to place your order

Order
What is the cut off time for ordering?
There is no cut off time for ordering however any order placed will be delivered as per delivery Schedule. ( Fill your Post code to know delivery schedule to your area).
You cannot modify your order once it is placed however, you can contact us on contact@cartonwheels.com.au for any modifications.
Our delivery team will contact you to inform the unavailability of any ordered items and will suggest for replacement items.

Payment
What are the available modes of payment?
You can opt from the below payment options,
a. Credit/Debit cards.
In case of return of any product or inability to deliver any product, the amount will be credited in your “Cart on wheels” wallet which can be used on your subsequent orders or you can transfer it into your bank account.

Delivery
When will I receive my order?
You need to check delivery schedule for your post code and you need to place your order a day before the scheduled day. For Instance, if delivery to your area is scheduled for Wednesday then you need to place your order by Monday otherwise it will be delivered on next Wednesday.
Our delivery team will reach out to you if your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
